To accommodate varying institutional budget cycles, Sofema Aviation has introduced two flexible pathways to activate the 50% matching bursary support:
Option 1: Full-Year Maximum Impact
- Investment: €5,000 upfront payment.
- Value Received: Activates the program and immediately secures €10,000 worth of training funds.
Option 2: Phased Entry & Scalable Support
- Investment: €2,500 upfront payment.
- Value Received: Secures €5,000 worth of training funds.
- Flexibility: Institutions choose this option to test the program, with the freedom to repeat the process and match another €2,500 later within the same calendar year.
Streamlined Account Management & Tracking
To support this launch, Sofema Aviation is introducing a dedicated “Bursary Program” account product. Once an institution selects its option and the initial payment is received, Sofema will establish a personalized tracking ledger, modeled after its successful Preferred Training Partner (PTP) and Corporate Freedom Pass programs.
This ledger will:
- Maintain a live balance sheet showing the full matched fund amount (€10,000 or €5,000).
- Automatically deduct the specialized corporate rate upon each enrollment request.
