What is involved in implementing and effective SMS into our Organisation ?

Step 4 is to Understand the stages of effectively managing and measuring risk, through assessment techniques, evaluation process and cost effective mitigation using our own organisational risk criteria and resultant matrix.
Step 5 is to Develop the Training Program with the goal of Managing SMS related competencies.
Step 6 is to Developing SMS management and supporting documentation which clearly identifies the variu roles and promotes an understanding the responsibilities of the Safety Manager and the role of Quality Assurance and Safety Assurance in our organisation. And supports the Delivery of a working SMS satisfying both cost and time constraints.
Step 7 to deliver Effective Marketing of our SMS by raising awareness, and dealing with acceptance & communication to promote real cultural change in our organisation to positively effect the SMS
