Introduction
The airport is a busy and dynamic environment with many stakeholders who are all required to work in an integrated a seamless process to delver a strong, safe and robust system. With the introduction of EASA Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014, EASA is creating a performance based regulatory environment for Aerodrome Operators and Operations.
Any Organisation operating on an aerodrome has a fundamental obligation to manage both aircraft safety and occupational health and safety with a demonstration of due diligence, managed to the highest standards.
This is an industry specific 3-day intensive program developed for all persons who are involved with the day to day management as well as those who are working within the environment. In addition, it will be appropriate for Quality Auditors and of interest to the senior management and executive team.
The training focuses on both ICAO as a core recommended practice and EASA as a developed regulatory environment, in all cases reference is made to best practice behaviors.
This course covers all subject matter to an initial level and is suitable and effective for new starters, It will also serve as an acceptable course for the purpose of recurrent and refreshment of “Airside Safety Training” for all personnel working on the airside.
This course ensures the fulfilment of a continuous safety approach across both the Airside Ramp, and Movement Areas.
