This course considers the oversight and interface responsibilities of the CAMO Group to ensure effective control of Maintenance Delivery by the Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (AMO)
Production Planning Duties includes the general oversight of the facilities, general work preparation, responsive to environmental conditions, inventory control. subcontract Co-ordination, planning of safety critical tasks, managing hangar availability, man hours estimation and availability and the control of approved data.
The need for successful reporting at the beginning and throughout the maintenance check should be considered as a requirement of the highest order.
The importance of Managing Competencies is considered as well as understanding the Quality Control Process in Production Planning.
