This course is designed for aviation trainers, instructors, training managers, and supervisors. It is also suitable for quality and compliance personnel, as well as maintenance and technical leaders aiming to transition into training roles within EASA Part-145 organizations.
Pre-Requisites
Participants should have a basic understanding of EASA Part-145 regulations and prior experience in aviation maintenance or a related technical role. Previous experience in training or coaching is beneficial but not mandatory.
