Introduction
The Maintenance Planning Function is the responsibility of the Operator – Effective Maintenance Planning can contribute significantly to achieving real cost savings within the organization.
Raising awareness and understanding of the Roles and Responsibilities is extremely beneficial to the relationship between the Lease Company and the Lessee
This course considers many of the core elements associated with the implementation and ongoing management of lease obligations, often a “disconnect” occurs which typically costs the leaseholder unbudgeted expenditure.
The Course is primarily aimed at raising awareness of the regulatory obligations to ensure compliance with EASA Regulations.
As well as appealing to members of the leasing community this course will also be of benefit to Quality Audit Staff and persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO environment, particularly if elements of the Maintenance Planning Process are outsourced.
Who is the Course for?
It is for persons who are involved in the technical management of Aircraft Lease Obligations including Commercial Aircraft Maintenance Planning (CAMO) Staff, Technical Engineering, CAMO Quality Auditors, Reliability and, Technical Records as well as anyone with an interest to achieve an effective interface with an EASA Compliant Maintenance Department.

Pre-requisites
General Awareness of the structure and functionality of the EASA Part M would be an advantage, but not essential.
