Sofema Aviation Service is pleased to introduce a new training to our growing portfolio – Aircraft Accident Investigation Process & Procedures – 3 Days.

Aircraft accident and incident investigations typically calls on a multi discipline approach to fact finding reconstruction and determination, supported by subject matter experts in design, manufacturing, certification, together with in-service operation and maintenance.

The course is intended to provide participants with an understanding regarding the basic tools by which they will be able to provide for and perform an investigation on organisational accidents, incidents and other safety related issues.

The primary purpose of this 3 day training is to focus on understanding the timeline construction process, how to analyse evidence, perform root cause determination and construction the final report. To provide an entry level investigator with the basic concepts and skills, as well as to raise awareness on the necessity to conduct thorough investigations and report them in a professional and consistent way.
