The Safety Management Systems Implementation Review & Workshop provides for a practical assessment of the status of your SMS Implementation, with focus on gap analysis, measurement of current status and practical implementation challenges, including the identification and management of hazards.
The SMS Implementation training develops a full understanding of the current position, identifies the organization focus and considers a road map and time line to achieve the stated objectives.
The Training is facilitated by industry professionals with more than 25 years experience in Commercial aviation and regulatory background. The purpose of the workshop is to build this understanding into a range of opportunities which may be used to take the organization forward, by delivering outcomes, identifying roles and responsibilities and agreed timelines.
SMS Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment – 1 Day

An effective Aviation Safety Management System (SMS) will provide for an ongoing practical assessment of the status of your SMS. The process will be able to focus on gap analysis, measurement of current status and practical change management challenges, including the continuous identification and management of hazards.
The two ways to achieve the goal of understanding risk, is either by directly taking responsibility for conducting the risk assessments or to receive support from designated risk assessors. At the root of understanding risks, sits the safety performance of the organization.
This intensive 1 day training looks at several different ways that we can identify hazards, perform analysis and develop organizational appropriate mitigations.
Safety Management Systems Training for Trainers – 2 Days

Developing an organizational capability to deliver Safety Management Training will benefit the organization and allow the delivery of SMS related trainings to be targeted and specific. The primary purpose of this 2-day training is to focus your SMS Nominated Trainer on the most effective processes for delivering SMS training throughout the organization.
The course is not intended to substitute for SMS training but is nevertheless designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the requirement for SMS training throughout the organization. The course reviews all the fundamentals and considers the various trainings, which are required for each group and considers effective ways of delivering the training.
SMS TTT Safety Management System Train the Trainer is a highly practical course, and promotes best training practices. It is an industry specific two-day program specifically designed for those who need to manage, or deliver Safety Management System Training.
