Sofema Aviation Services offers a 2 Day EASA compliant training to support a full understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Stores Inspector and Manager. The EASA 145 Stores Management and Inspection System is an essential element of the 145 approval. It must be managed and staffed by trained and competent staff.

SAS courses are always very practical and the Logistics & Stores Inspection Training Course is designed for personnel who are required to manage or operate a store or who are required to accept material into a store. As well as an understanding regarding the purpose and development of local procedures for use both in Stores and in Goods Inspection and receipting areas

Training Department and other Managers and Quality Audit staff will also benefit from attendance

The course is designed to provide attendees with a detailed practical understanding of the EASA Regulatory Requirements to Manage and Develop an Aviation Store.

In addition consideration is given to develop a detailed understanding of the various process and procedures for staff involved in Stores Management and Receipt Inspection.

During the training the attendees will receive an understanding of airworthiness and Receipt Certification principles including:-Electrostatic Inspection and Dangerous Goods Awareness.

The opportunity is taken to review the problems associated with bogus parts where to verify status.
