About the Session:
The focus of this EASA Part 145 / 147 Train the Trainer- 5 day course is to identify, encourage and enhance your Classroom Instructional Skills. During the training the delegates learn how to create a lesson plan that incorporates the range of learning activities as well as understand how to develop Course Material and preparation through an effective Training Needs Analysis.
The course is extremely intensive highly practical, and promotes best training practices.
By participating in the training, the delegates not only discuss some of the key features of a Part 147 & Part 145 oraganisational environment but also have the opportunity to put into practice the newly acquired knowledge by participating in workshops, group discussions and analyzing key studies.
The contents of the training are created in a way to pay attention to every detail which might contribute to a better outcome following a Train the Trainer course.
