On June 8th 2021 Š° one-day EASA Part ML Regulatory Obligations training was successfully delivered to Pipistrel Vertical Solutions. The training was delivered through the Zoom software to 12 delegates by SAS instructor Dobrica Vincic.

About the Instructor:

With a background in airworthiness, design, regulatory, and safety oversight, especially investigation in aircraft maintenance environment, Dobrica is focused on the delivery of high-quality training of EASA regulations with details from years of experience in operation, maintenance, quality, and safety. In 2011 Dobrica was appointed to the Safety manager position with primarily focused on the implementation of Safety management system within MRO environment. He managed this task within and above the scheduled (EASA) time frame. Joining to Quality department he becomes company auditor for design, maintenance, tools (calibration), ground equipment, etc., and also a trainer for HF, Safety, and other regulatory courses.

About the Training:

EASA Part ML Regulatory Obligations ā€“ 1 Day

Part-ML applies to the following aircraft when not listed in the air operator certificate (AOC) of an air carrier licensed in accordance with regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 and not classified as a complex motor-powered aircraft. (It is applicable to both private and commercial operations of aeroplanes):

Aeroplanes of 2730 kg maximum take-of mass (MTOM) or less

Rotorcrafts with a 1200 kg MTOM or less, certified with a maximum of 4 occupants

Other EL2 aircrafts (Note ā€“ This means that all sailplanes and balloons are also included.)
