About the instructor:
Altin Vrapi is an aviation expert with over 24 years of experience in Aviation Management, Safety & Quality and Security. He has an M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University Tirana. Vrapi is a SOFEMA instructor since 2017, sharing his knowledge with other professionals on Aviation Safety, Risk Management and Regulatory Obligations.
