Safety Management Systems Overview and Recurrent – 1 day – October 19th 2015
Periodically we should consider our Safety Management Systems in a more Holistic way to consider whether it is delivering the optimum benefit for our organisation. This course is extremely intensive highly practical, and promotes best industry practices. It is an industry specific one-day program specifically designed for those who need to engage with a full understanding and manage, or deliver specific guidance within their own organisations.
The course is a highly participative and stimulates involvement and provides for powerful motivation.
Quality Auditing – Reporting & Root Cause Analysis – Essentials – 1 day – October 20th 2015
The purpose of this training is to identify best practice techniques and behaviours to support the delivery of effective audits. The delegate will consider practices to determine the root causes of identified issues.
Consideration will be given to developing high quality reports, meeting professional standards and clearly communicating the need to oblige the business area owner to deliver corrective actions. This course is intended to be highly practical and to help the delegate focus on the 5 elements which exist within the audit finding.
EASA Part M Overview and Recurrent Training – 1 day – 21st October
The Aims of the course are to give delegates a recurrent understanding of the operator’s responsibilities, contracted arrangements, Subpart J and Subpart I responsibilities. The course is focused and stimulating, very practical and participation is encouraged. It is ideally suited to Accountable Managers, Post Holders CAMO and Quality Personnel.
Logistics & Stores Inspection Procedures EASA – Essentials – 1 day – 22nd October
The EASA 145 Stores Management and Inspection System is an essential element of the 145 approval. It must be managed and staffed by trained and competent staff. This training is designed to cover all elements which are essential to the effective management and operation of a fully compliant store. The course meets the intent of IOSA (MNT 4.5.6 The Operator shall ensure each maintenance organisation that performs maintenance for the Operator has a training program that provides for initial and continuation training for receiving inspectors) and Part 145 Stores Inspection competency training.
EASA Part 145 Overview and Recurrent – 1 day – 23rd October 2015
The Aims of the course are to give delegates a recurrent understanding of the maintenance organisations responsibilities, contracted arrangements, and a thorough understanding of the organizational responsibilities associated with Part 145 compliance.
