Friday 9th January Sofema Aviation Services completed delivery of the first course of 2015 – Human Factors Training for Trainers.
With Delegates attending from several prominent organisations including Lufthansa Technik Sofia, Tarom, Air Via, JAT Tehnika, Eirtech Aviation LTD.
Maintenance Human Factors concerns all the various issues which may have an impact on how people perform required tasks. The 3 day intensive Human Factors Training for Trainers course was focused on the need to raise an understanding and to enable the delegates to understand the many ways of communicating Human Factors with an adult audience. In addition to focus on how we can raise awareness and understanding regarding our personal learning and development plan.
