About the courses:

Delivering Effective Aircraft Maintenance Planning Processes – 4 Days

The course is delivered in a stimulating and dynamic environment, with a heavy focus on the practical aspects of an effective and efficient Maintenance Planning Process. Designed to focus on the specific needs of Maintenance Planners who understand the potential opportunities which exist with an open and proactive outlook.

At the end of this training, the delegate should have a comprehensive understanding of the Roles and responsibilities associated with Maintenance Planning, and the importance of delivering an effective Maintenance Planning Function within the organization.
In addition, having a firm understanding of areas where savings may be developed.

EASA Part M Implementing, Developing and Managing an Effective Reliability Program – 3 Days

The purpose of a reliability program is to ensure that the aircraft maintenance program tasks are effective and their periodicity is adequate, in addition the reliability program may result in the escalation or deletion of a maintenance task, as well as the de-escalation or addition of a maintenance task.

This intensive 3 Day practical course is specifically aimed at organisational personnel who are required to actively control and deliver the aircraft reliability program. The training focuses on the gathering and processing of data. The display of Reliability Data and the way in which this data may be used to benefit the maintenance program.
