The Leadership Scholarship comprises the following 8 courses, offering a value of over €500 in your Sofema Online training:

Upon successful completion of each course, an online certificate will be issued to you. After completing all 8 courses, you will be eligible to apply for an additional Aviation Future Leaders Scholarship Certificate. This certificate will be sent as a soft copy to your registered email address.

Terms & Conditions

We are now accepting applications until 30 April. The selected 100 candidates will be notified and enrolled at the beginning of May 2026, with the winners to be announced at the beginning of May. They will embark on a six-month learning journey designed to enhance their leadership skills and aviation expertise. As part of the program, winners will enjoy free exclusive online workshops led by Steve Bentley, CEO of Sofema Aviation Services and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAеS), ensuring an engaging and interactive experience.

  • There is no cost for successful applicants to enrol in the program. We offer it as a contribution to the development of the next generation of leaders.
  • The application form will be closed once all applications are filled.
  • The scholarship recipients will have 6 months to complete the program
