About the Instructors:
Altin Vrapi has broad aviation experience for more than 25 years. Licensed Aircraft Engineer since 1996 with different type ratings. Experienced in different managerial roles in; elaborating Maintenance of the Aircraft, Flight Safety Management, Airport development and operation, Air Operations, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance, Airline Management. He has been Accountable Manager for Albanian Airlines and a key member Of the Negotiation team of the Government of Albania for The concession of Tirana Airport. He is a Certified Aviation Auditor Safety & Quality Assurance, Integrated Management Systems with experience as ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor, Change Management and Lean Management.
Dobrica Vincic: With a background in airworthiness, design, regulatory, and safety oversight, especially investigation in aircraft maintenance environment, Dobrica is focused on the delivery of high-quality training of EASA regulations with details from years of experience in operation, maintenance, quality, and safety. In 2011 Dobrica was appointed to the Safety manager position with primarily focused on the implementation of a safety management system within the MRO environment. He managed this task within and above the scheduled (EASA) time frame. Joining to Quality department he becomes a company auditor for design, maintenance, tools (calibration), ground equipment, etc., and also a trainer for HF, Safety, and other regulatory courses.
About the Session:
EASA Part CAMO Regulatory Obligations – 1 Day
The primary purpose of this training is to provide a thorough understanding of the Role of Annex Vc Part-CAMO in all jurisdictions managed by an EASA Regulatory environment. To introduce delegates to the working of the Part M Regulatory Structure and to enable a full understanding of the operator’s responsibilities & contracted arrangements, To provide a full understanding of the new regulations relating to Safety Management Systems (SMS) It looks in detail at required procedures, responsibilities and tasks.
The primary focus of the training is to support the delegate’s need to deliver effective management of safety including the process to measure risk and exposure and the development of mitigation strategies. The course also recognizes the importance of a “Top-Down” approach to ensure the effective delivery of Each Program is confidential and fully interactive, A basic working knowledge of SMS principles is an advantage in advance of the training.
EASA Part ML Regulatory Obligations – 1 Day
Part-ML simplifies existing maintenance rules and offers a less prescriptive approach to maintenance programs, airworthiness reviews, defects deferments, and Time Between Overhauls (TBO) extensions. It also provides additional privileges for pilots, owners, independent certifying staff, and small maintenance organisations.
EASA Part-CAO (Combined Airworthiness Organization) – 2 Days
This training which is focused on the professional development of key stakeholders is designed to provide participants with a detailed understanding of all elements of an integrated CAO. Including an in-depth understanding of the purpose, structure, and regulatory requirements of EASA Part CAO Implementing Rules, AMC & Guidance Material.
