Republic of The Philippines CAR PART 5 Airworthiness Essentials – 1 Day

The Republic of the Philippines Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR) Part 5 presents regulatory requirements for the airworthiness of aircraft expected to operate in the Republic of the Philippines using the standards and recommended practices in ICAO Annexes 6 and 8.
This training provides for aircraft and aeronautical products, an overview of certification requirements, issuance of a Certificate of Airworthiness, continued airworthiness, rebuilding and modifications, maintenance and preventive maintenance; aircraft inspection requirements, and air operator aircraft maintenance and inspection requirements.
Republic of The Philippines CAR PART 6 Approved Maintenance Organizations – Initial – 2 Days
Date: November 22nd – November 23rd, 2018

In the Republic of the Philippines, persons must be individually licensed in accordance with Part 2 ‘Personnel Licensing’ to perform any maintenance task and to sign the maintenance release to return to service any aircraft or component. A holder of an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) must use the services from an AMO with the appropriate ratings.
This training course describes in detail all elements of CAR Part 6 rules and their relationship to Part 2 and Part 5 ‘Airworthiness’, as well as identifying differences to U.S. 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Stations and EASA Part-145 Approved Maintenance Organisations.
Logistics & Stores Inspection Procedures EASA Intensive – 2 Days
Date: November 26th – November 27th, 2018

The course meets the intent of IOSA (MNT 4.5.6 The Operator shall ensure each maintenance organisation that performs maintenance for the Operator has a training program that provides for initial and continuation training for receiving inspectors) and Part 145 Stores Inspection competency training.
