Introduction

Intensive 2-day training for busy Industry leaders; the focus on the training is a comprehensive understanding of Roles and Responsibilities of Accountable executives and Post Holders (Nominated Persons)

The course is aimed at persons who have the specific obligations regarding the accountability for the organization to meet its obligations in respect of Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance and Financial well being. Including AOC, ATO, 145 and other Approved Organizations.

This in-depth course provides detailed practical training in management obligations and methodologies to ensure a fully compliant, effective and efficient organization. The course is highly participative and promotes industry best practices as a standard, it is delivered in a confidential environment by an industry professional with over 40 years of Commercial Aviation experience.

Aviation Authorities may choose to interview Form 4 candidates. All relevant areas are covered during the course. A full review of EASA regulations will be provided during the introduction.

Regulatory Authority Members, Flight Safety Department Managers and Inspectors with operational oversight responsibilities. Operations Accountable Managers and proposed Nominated Persons (NP) Flight OPS, Maintenance, Crew Training and Ground Ops, Compliance Monitoring Managers (Quality Managers) and Auditors, Safety Managers, Flight Safety Officers, Flight Operations Officers and Cabin Crew Management.

Pre-requisites

A broad range of aviation exposures will typically be found in attendees to this training. The course is highly practical and significant and active participation will be expected.
