Introduction
The Landing Gear is a Critical Component of the Aircraft System and the maintenance of the integrity of the Landing Gear throughout its entire life is essential.
Due to the nature of the operation, there are in-service vulnerabilities to corrosion and stress damage due to impacts.
Such vulnerabilities can in fact result in reduced operational life as well as increased overhaul costs.
Effective Maintenance Procedures must ensure that Lubrication is correctly performed to combat the exposure to de-icing fluid, and other corrosion-causing substances.
This course focuses on the role of Reliability, Engineering, and Planning in the management of Large Aircraft Landing Gear.
Who is the Course for?
All personnel with duties and/or responsibilities in the Airline CAMO environment. Also of Interest to persons working in a CAMO or Part M Quality System, Reliability Specialists, Engineers, Managers & Lease Companies.
