Introduction
An effective Quality System provides a significant focus on the effective identification of nonconformities and develops the process of root cause analysis so the responsible business area may take positive remedial action. The primary goal of this training is to focus on the attendee’s understanding of the requirements of the organizational Quality System and the subsequent processes which are employed to follow up and take positive action.
