Introduction
Aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS) are designed to provide a systematic approach to managing safety in the aviation industry. One of the key components of any SMS is the Management of Change (MOC) process. The MOC process is used to identify, evaluate, and control changes to an organization’s processes, procedures, or systems that may affect safety.
This course provides the delegate with the opportunity to understand in depth the Change Management Process and to be able to both manage and fully engage with change management within your organisation, this course is fully compliant with EASA Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
During the course you will understand Change Management Best Practices Including:
