Introduction
Whilst the responsibility for delivery of an effective Maintenance Planning process falls on the Operator the delivery of an effective Production Planning function sits firmly with the EASA Part 145 Organization.
The role of the Production Planner is many and varied and can contribute to significant savings within the Part 145 Process if accomplished effectively.
Amongst the many duties include the general oversight of the facilities, general work preparation, responsiveness to environmental conditions, and inventory control. subcontract Co-ordination, planning of safety-critical tasks, managing hangar availability, man-hours estimation, and availability and the control of approved data.
This in-depth 2 Day course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Production Planning.
Who is the Course for?
This 2-day intensive course is specifically designed for people with direct involvement in Part 145 Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role.
It will also be of benefit to Quality Audit Staff and persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO environment.

Pre-requisites
