EASA Part 21 Subpart G Regulatory Overview & Recurrent – 1 Day

Introduction

Within the EU a Part 21 Subpart G (POA) may be issued from the Regulator of the state of the operator. (Unlike Part 21 Subpart J which is always obtained directly from EASA)

This course provides a regulatory overview and recurrent updates regarding obligations related to compliance with EASA Part 21 Subpart G (Production Organisation Approval) and Subpart F(Production without Production Organisation Approval), Consideration is also provided related to the Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM).

This training is designed to review all relevant areas, to understand the process by which the EASA manages Part 21 Subpart G.

The intensive course which is delivered over 1 day provides delegates with a deep understanding of the regulatory processes associated with all elements of Part 21.

Pre-requisites

It is not necessary to have prior knowledge to participate in this training.
