EASA Part M Subpart I Airworthiness Review Training Initial – 1 Day

Introduction

Airworthiness Review Staff are experienced, highly competent, and knowledgeable in the field of Aircraft Certification and Continuous Airworthiness Compliance.

The purpose of this 1-day course is to cover all elements of the Airworthiness Review Process including the roles and responsibilities of the nominated ARC Staff.

The Delegates will achieve a detailed understanding of EASA part M regulations relating to C of A’s and ARCs. The Course considers in detail all required procedures, responsibilities, and tasks.

Attendance at this training will demonstrate to the Competent Authority familiarity with the subject matter.

This Course is Complementary to the following courses all of which are recommended as suitable preparation for this course.

What is the Benefit of this Training – What will I learn? 

a) Achieve a solid understanding related to Subpart G Continued Airworthiness Management (CAM) and Subpart I Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC)

b) Appreciate the difference between Full ARC’s and Reviews and understand the methodology to perform effective ARC’s

d) Be able to use the regulation to proactively manage the Continuing Airworthiness (CA) of your aircraft.

e) Understand the activities which support the analysis of Safety Data including SB’s and AD’s

f) Understand the purpose of STC’s and how they are integrated into the maintenance Program

g) Understand the concept of Back to Birth oversight

This course is aimed at Quality Management & Assurance Staff, Airworthiness Review Staff, CAMs, Licenced Aircraft Engineers and Competent Authority Staff.

Pre-requisites

Technical background in an aviation environment together with a working knowledge of Part M and Related Subjects
