Introduction

Intensive 2-day training for busy Industry leaders; the focus of the training is a comprehensive understanding of Roles and Responsibilities of Accountable executives and Post Holders (Nominated Persons) within an EASA Part 21 G Production Organisation (POA)

The course is aimed at persons who have specific obligations regarding the accountability for the organization to meet its obligations in respect of Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Financial well-being

This in-depth course provides detailed practical training in management obligations and methodologies to ensure a fully compliant, effective, and efficient organization. The course is highly participative and promotes industry best practices as a standard, it is delivered in a confidential environment by an industry professional with over 45 years of Commercial Aviation experience.

Aviation Authorities may choose to interview Form 4 candidates. All relevant areas are covered during the course. A full review of EASA regulations will be provided during the introduction.

Regulatory Authority Members, Production Organisation Accountable Managers and proposed Nominated Persons (NP), Compliance Monitoring Managers (Quality Managers) Auditors, and Safety Managers.

Target Groups

Accountable Managers and their deputies, Nominated Post Holders, and Business Area Owners who are preparing for a role as a nominated person, Quality Assurance Audit Staff, and Competent Authority staff.

Pre-requisites

A broad range of aviation exposures will typically be found in attendees to this training. The course is highly practical and significant and active participation will be expected.
