SAS Production Planning training is specifically designed for people with a direct involvement in Part 145 Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role.
It will also be of benefit to Quality Audit Staff and persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO environment as it provides an insight into the effective processes which go together to build a successful production control and management business process.
The role of the Production Planner is many and varied and can contribute to significant savings within the Part 145 Process if accomplished effectively. Among the many duties include the general oversight of the facilities, general work preparation, responsive to environmental conditions, inventory control, subcontract Co-ordination, planning of safety critical tasks, managing hangar availability, man hours estimation and availability and the control of approved data.
