The course was carried out as a webinar by the experienced SAS instructor Dejan Dencic on 26-28 July 2022.
What was the course about?
This course was designed to provide the delegates with an understanding of the necessary elements to create an effective Maintenance Error Management System. They will learn how to deliver the safest possible organization process. After completing the course the participants will understand the use of the Boeing MEDA tool as an aid in performing event investigations. They will learn how to foster an effective and open reporting culture.

Get to know the instructor
Dejan Dencic is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia with a degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, including aircraft maintenance, planning, and engineering. The instructor has a type rating for B737, ATR-72, and Airbus 320 family aircraft. Moreover, he has very good knowledge of aircraft documentation (AMM, IPC, MPD, AMS, AD, etc.).
