Tihomir Dzingov is an aviation professional with over 25 years of experience. He is a Licensed FAA Aircraft Dispatcher. He has extensive knowledge and broad experience in the fields of Quality Management Systems, Safety Management Systems, Business Development, Human Factors, Aviation Training, etc. He has the ability to support the development of working solutions to many of the organizational challenges within the operational & maintenance environment. Tihomir has an in-depth knowledge of the EASA regulatory structure.
