About the courses: 

The EASA Part 145 Optimizing Techniques for Aircraft Production Planning – 1 Day training was delivered on 14 November 2022

This course aims to provide the delegates with a detailed understanding of the regulatory environment related to EASA Part 145 Production Planning. They will also understand the role of Safety Management Systems within maintenance in general and in the area of Production Planning. After completing the training, the delegates will be able to explain the roles and responsibilities related to the interface between Maintenance and Production Planning. They will also gain the ability to use the regulation to proactively manage full compliance within the EASA Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (AMO) Production Planning Environment. The Developing an Aviation Maintenance Control Centre – 3 Days training was delivered on 15-17 November 2022

This course was designed to provide the participants with an understanding of the regulatory drivers related to Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) operations. They will learn how to set up and implement an MCC. During the course, the delegates will consider typical software for managing an MCC. They will be able to manage the competence of MCC Staff and understand and develop MCC processes & procedures. See details

Get to know the instructor

Dejan Dencic is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia with a degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, including aircraft maintenance, planning, and engineering. The instructor has a type rating for B737, ATR-72, and Airbus 320 family aircraft. Moreover, he has very good knowledge of aircraft documentation (AMM, IPC, MPD, AMS, AD, etc.)
