What is the purpose of an EASA 145 Organisation seeking “Non Part 66” training?
- To remain fully compliant with the EASA Part 145 Initial & Recurrent Training Requirements.
- To Build Workplace Competence across multiple business areas:
o Base Maintenance Management & Nominated Persons
o Quality Assurance
o Safety Management & Maintenance Error Management
o Production Planning
o Stores Inspection & Logistics
The organisation shall establish and control the competence of personnel involved in any maintenance, airworthiness review management, and/or quality audits in accordance with a procedure and to a standard agreed by the competent authority.
The organisation shall establish a programme for continuation training for certifying staff and support staff, including a procedure to ensure compliance with the relevant paragraphs of 145.A.35 as the basis for issuing certification authorisations under this Part to certifying staff, and a procedure to ensure compliance with Annex III (Part 66).
