We are glad to highlight the success story of Maria Mezei – an aspiring Quality Monitoring Officer and a future Aviation Auditor. She has completed two of our signature diplomas: Flight & Ground Operations and Aviation Leadership & Management Skills Development 

We asked Maria a couple of questions:

1. How did you find out about the Flight & Ground Operations and Aviation Leadership & Management Skills Development Diplomas?

“I found out about the Sofema Diplomas from a colleague. These, along with other SOL courses, were part of my initial training plan. ” 

2. What inspired you to become an Aviation Auditor?

” I am currently a Quality Monitoring Officer in training to become an Aviation Auditor. Having been involved in operations, both inflight and on the ground, I have learnt how important it is to the safety of the flight that everyone involved adheres to well-established rules and procedures. 
As an Auditor, I would be part of the Team that helps the organisation maintain its state of compliance and safety. This, of course, is of the utmost importance. ” 
3. How did the Flight & Ground Operations and Aviation Leadership & Management Skills Development Diplomas help you excel in your career?
” This is just the beginning of the road to a new career for me. Both diplomas are part of what will be a complex and vast learning process.”
