The course was held in Dubai and attended by delegates from National Aviation Ground Support – Saudi, Saudi Aerospace Engineering Industries, and Al Mozon Academy Amman Jordan.

The 5 day intensive course reviewed all the fundamentals and considered the various training elements, which are required for each SMS group within the organisation, together with effective ways of delivering the training.

Recognizing the benefits of developing an organizational capability to deliver SMS Training will benefit the organization and allow the delivery of SMS related training courses to be targeted and specific.

Delegates enjoyed a course which was highly participative and stimulating promoting involvement and providing for powerful motivation.
