Sofema Aviation Services is happy to announce that we delivered a 3 Day Safety Management Systems for Key Staff Training for Romanian operator Blue Air from 4th to 6th March 2015. The training was delivered to 16 delegates from Blue Air by our technical trainer Mr. Florin Necula.
Blue Air was launched on December 13th, 2004 as the first Romanian airline company, with 100% private equity. The company was founded with the desire to create a safe, comfortable and affordable flight alternative. Blue Air is always a step ahead, this is a fact materialized today through its smart flying carrier unique positioning, including special programs and services like: myBlue SmartMoney, VIP Service, Groups, Corporate.
The primary goal of this Training is to focus on the understanding of the importance of the SMS system for all Staff within the organisation. The Training is designed to raise awareness of all organisational elements of the SMS system and to consider the various management challenges.
