The training session was delivered in Indonesia Directorate General of Civil Aviation, and Air Nav Indonesia facilities between October 11th and October 26th, 2018. Over 30 delegates attended the session that included: SMS Hazard Identification & Risk Management Strategies Essentials, SMS Performance Auditing for Industry & Regulators ICAO Annex 19 and EASA Part OPS, SMS Practical Investigation Skills.

SMS Hazard Identification & Risk Management Strategies Essentials
The course considers Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and its direct application within the context of Aviation SMS.
After attending this course the participant should be able to manage and perform the Risk Assessment Techniques and Strategies in the organization.
SMS Performance Auditing for Industry & Regulators ICAO Annex 19 and EASA Part OPS
This 2-day training considers the methods of auditing the effectiveness of the industry performance based SMS systems, considering the differences in delivering compliance driven Quality Assurance audits and Safety Assurance performance audits.
SMS Practical Investigation Skills
After completion of this course, Delegates should be able to perform all steps necessary to perform appropriate investigations and analysis and will be equipped to apply those skills in a practical way and propose mitigation within their organisation.
