Details of the Nairobi Training Program:

EASA Part M Subpart C G & I Training – September 18th to September 20th EASA – 3 Days

Introduction –  The primary purpose of this training is to provide a thorough understanding of the Role of Part M in all jurisdictions managed by an EASA Regulatory environment. To introduce delegates to the working of the Part M Regulatory Structure and to enable a full understanding of the operator’s responsibilities, contracted arrangements, Subpart G responsibilities.

EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Fundamentals – September 21st to September 22nd – 2 Days

Introduction – This intensive 2 Day course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Maintenance Planning, whilst at the same time considering opportunities to optimize the effectiveness of the process.
The course is delivered by industry practitioners with many years of real and relevant experience.

 

EASA Logistics & Stores Inspection Procedures – September 25th to September 26th – 2 Days

Introduction –  The EASA 145 Stores Management and Inspection System is an essential element of the 145 approval. It must be managed and staffed by trained and competent staff. This training is designed to cover all elements which are essential to the effective management and operation of a fully compliant store.

EASA Part 21 Subpart G & J Regulatory Framework -September 27th to September 29th – 3 Days

Introduction – Subpart J regulatory approval provides for the Design of Aircraft and Components Design Organisation Approval (DOA) and Subpart G provides for a Production Organization approval (POA). The primary function of the DOA holder is to assume full responsibility for all designed product (Initial Airworthiness) including the need to support Continued Airworthiness.
