Sofema Aviation Services is very pleased to be returning to Singapore to deliver another series of EASA Compliant Regulatory Training courses.

The courses will take place in STADA Facilities and will be running from October 19th to October 30th.

Sofema Aviation Services has been delivering training in Singapore several times before and has built up a reputation for strong and practical delivery of EASA regulatory material.

The following training courses are being offered:

Quality Auditing – Reporting & Root Cause Analysis – 2 Days – October 19th – October 20th 2015

The ability to communicate effectively and to analyze root causes are without doubt essential skills for auditors at all levels. In addition, the ability to produce high quality audit reports is a key organizational tool. The purpose of this training is to identify best practice techniques and behaviours to support the delivery of effective audits. The delegate will consider practices to determine the root causes of identified issues.

Safety Management Systems Audit Techniques – 2 Days – October 21st – October 22nd 2015

Safety Assurance is looking at weakness in the organisational system which raises the exposure to risk. Safety Assurance is a forward looking process. Looking at Risk is extremely subjective and this 2 Day course focuses on the best practices to deliver Safety Audits, understanding how to gather view and interpret the data we see in a meaningful way.

Root Cause Analysis for Safety Management Practitioners – 1 Day – October 23rd 2015

The ability to understand exposure and to analyze root causes are without doubt essential skills for auditors and managers alike. The purpose of this training is to identify best practice techniques and behaviors to perform effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA). The delegate will work through several examples in small teams and determine the root causes of identified issues. This course is intended to be highly practical and to help the delegate focus on the 5 elements which exist within a finding or issue.

SMS Practical Investigation Skills Training – 5 Days – October 26th – October 30th 2015

This course is aimed at investigating – analyzing – understanding and developing mitigations for the incidents accidents and safety occurrences which are faced on a regular basis within our organisation. Such incidents do not necessarily lead directly to significant negative outcomes, however may become a precursor or element of a future event. We have an opportunity to subject such safety occurrences to correct and proper investigation and analysis, in this way they may have a significant and beneficial effect on the organisations ability to improve its safety performance.
