SMS Introduction Training for Safety and Quality Managers – The Aim of the course is to improve safety within the aviation industry and specifically provide Safety Managers with: – Sufficient knowledge to understand how an SMS can work effectively within their company and what is required to make this happen – An understanding of new concepts and industry best-practice

Safety Management Systems Implementation Workshop –  An effective SMS is an essential tool to raise the understanding that the organization faces in respect of the various risks affecting the business. The SMS Implementation training develops a full understanding of the current position, identifies the organization focus and considers a road map and time line to achieve the stated objective.

Developing Risk Assessment Strategies – Aviation is an incredibly complex business environment. Demands placed on the organization and individuals to deliver are often considerable, and place a burden on key individuals. “The risks and costs in commercial aviation necessitate a rational process for decision-making. On a daily basis, operators and managers make decisions in real time.

SMS Introduction for Managers and Post Holders – With SMS we have a set of regulations, which allow Industry to establish best-practice that fits different cultures and place the main emphasis and duty on improving safety performance. This requires a real “team effort” as regulator and airline are all part of one large system.

Safety Management Systems Audit Techniques – Safety Assurance is looking at weakness in the organisational system which raises the exposure to risk. Safety Assurance is a forward looking process. It is not unusual to discover confusion when the discussion turns to Quality & Safety Auditing regarding the specific functions of the two different undertakings.
