EASA Part 145 / Part 147 Supervisor & Assessor Training Skills Development

This course has been designed to support the development of EASA Part 145&147 Practical Training Task Supervisors and Practical Assessors and recognizes the EASA requirement to support the Competence Development of the Task Supervisor, considering the role of the Practical Assessor, together with the necessary core competencies. Training Department Managers and other Training staff will benefit from attendance.

What is the Benefit of this Training – What will I learn?

a) To be able to provide training and deliver guidance whilst performing direct supervision.

b) To be able to perform ongoing evaluations, handle trainees’ reactions, and address cultural issues.

EASA Part 147 & Part 66 Combined Regulatory Review and Recurrent Training Essentials – 1/2 Day

The training will give the delegates a better understanding of the subject and provide workable methods to improve standards and compliance as well as identify the risks and exposures.

The course is suitable for aviation professionals who have already completed the initial Fuel Tank Safety training and need to undergo recurrent training to stay updated on the latest regulations and best practices. The recurrent phase of the course aims to reinforce and update the skills learned in initial training, with a focus on new regulatory changes, industry developments, and improvements in fuel tank safety practices.
