We are pleased to announce the joint presentation of Tiggy Thiagarajah, Resilience Manager of Virgin Atlantic together with Ray Fitzgerald, Business Resilience Manager at Heathrow Airport Limited.
The presentation will consider “Airport Operator and Airline how closely we work together in co-ordinating our emergency response plans and some of the challenges we both face”.
This presentation will be followed by a round table discussion providing an opportunity to discuss further some of the challenges.
Who are the presenters?
Tiggy Thiagarajah brings a wealth of experience. His current role is Resilience Manager of Virgin Atlantic and his duties include leading the crisis management and business continuity teams. Formally an Executive advisor to KPMG Crisis management and business continuity consultancy. Tiggy was involved in the delivery of 2005 financial authorities’ Market wide exercise. Previously he was Contingency Planning Manager British Airways Plc for more than 8 years.
Ray Fitzgerald is Business Resilience Manager at Heathrow Airport Limited, Ray’s specialities include Contingency planning, Emergency planning & Crisis Management.
Ray has been involved in this role since 2009 and following a restructure of the Risk and Business Continuity department a new role of Business Resilience Manager was created. In this new role he focuses on the following areas within Heathrow: Command & Control, Business Continuity, Contingency Planning and Emergency Planning.
