What are the Pre-Requisites to be an Aviation Maintenance Human Factors Instructor?

Whilst it is not mandatory for any “pre-requisites” it is clear that the individual has to have not only a desire to “Instruct” but additionally has adequate knowledge of Aviation Maintenance Human Factors as well as adequate knowledge of Human Performance and Limitations.

The Human Factors train the trainer course is not the same as a HF course so delegates should complete 1 or more HF training courses before attending the TTT.

Additionally to have some experience as an instructor/facilitator will provide additional benefits to the delegate.
