Regulatory approval for Autoland was first given in 1968 with the first CAT III landing taking place in Jan 1969 (Sud Aviation Carevelle)
This course is designed to familiarize current AOC holders and other operational and concerned personnel including Maintenance Management & Operations Staff with a detailed understanding of Low Visibility Operations (LVO) In addition to consider the Key elements required to organize achieve regulatory approval for All Weather Operations (AWOPS)
