Who is the course for?
This training course is suitable for a wide range of aviation professionals, including flight crew, maintenance technicians, engineers, operations managers, regulatory authority members, safety officers, quality managers, and other aviation personnel involved in extended-range twin-engine aircraft operations, maintenance, and compliance. It also serves as recurrent training for those who have completed initial Fuel Tank Safety training.
What is the Benefit of this Training – What will I learn?
a) Understand the background of PBN technology and communicate PBN requirements and explain the required organisational processes to ensure effective compliance
b) Be able to Implement Quality Control Process and Procedures related to
c) Understand the requirements related to Quality & Safety organisational obligations including Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC)
d) Understand the regulatory requirements to control and manage all ETOPS maintenance-related elements
e) Be able to Implement Quality Control Process and Procedures related to ETOPS Maintenance & OPS, and PBN Communicate ETOPS requirements and Motivate staff to ensure effective ETOPS system performance
f) What actions need to be taken in order to remedy the unsafe condition that has caused the AD (at this point the AD often references specific work instructions, such as a Service Bulletin), and in what time frame do those actions need to be taken, and whether they are repetitive.

Learning Objectives
This training program aims to provide current AOC holders, Operational and Concerned Personnel in Maintenance Management & Operations, with comprehensive knowledge of EASA Part OPS Structure, Environment related to PBN, ETOPS Operations Approval requirements for Operators and Maintenance Organizations’ compliance, as well as an in-depth understanding of the issuance and implementation of Aircraft Directives (ADs), with a focus on the FAA AD process and key fuel tank safety elements explained in simple terms using practical examples.
