This comprehensive course equips participants with essential core competencies for the role of a Practical Assessor and emphasizes the importance of coaching skills for task supervisors. It covers the Management Process of EASA Part 147 Training Organizations, including license categories A, B1, B2, B3, and C, the EASA Part 66 License System, and Quality oversight processes. The training also focuses on Training Needs Analysis and a business-oriented approach to EASA 147 Compliance. Participants enhance their subject matter comprehension, develop methods to improve standards and compliance and become well-versed in fuel tank safety, using clear language and industry-standard terminology.
