Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA – SLA) Effective Negotiations -1 Day


This course focuses on Effective Negotiation Behaviors based on the Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA). It is aimed to provide the delegates with a detailed understanding of the all functions of the handling services required as well as to describe the standard format of the ground handling agreement.

This one-day course will provide fundamental knowledge of the Main Agreement, Annex A and Annex B in accordance with the procedures.

Annex A contains definitions of the terms used in the document and it is split of eight sections.
Annex B is different from the main agreement and can be modified according to the local requirements, it is an actual contract of the agreement relating to ground handling.
