The course was carried out by the experienced SAS instructor Yasar Keskik on 03 October 2022.
What was the training about?
This course aims to provide the delegates with an understanding of the IOSA program standards & requirements to control and supervise an airline business area in the role of Accountable Manager, Operations Post Holder, and Senior Manager. The participants will be able to ensure that the requirements of the IOSA certificate are met and maintained. They will learn how to communicate with their staff, how to motivate them, and how to effectively monitor their performance.

Yasar Keskik is a graduate of the Gazi University in Ankara, Turkey. He has over 26 years of experience in the aviation industry. Yasar has worked as Avionics Engineer, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Knowledge Management Supervisor (Audit Process), and Qualified IOSA Auditor (MNT). He is also an Aviation Instructor with a huge portfolio of delivered training courses.
