What was the training about?
This course aims to provide the delegates with an understanding of the various techniques for building a Risk-Based Auditing Program, the principles to be found within a regulatory risk and performance-based oversight system & the roles and responsibilities related both to the Compliance Oversight and Risk-Based Oversight systems. The students will gain knowledge related to the management of Performance Standards and how they may be developed within their organisation & the do’s and don’ts of Aviation Risk-Based Performance Audit Best Practices.

Get to know the instructor
Dejan Dencic is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia with a degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, including aircraft maintenance, planning, and engineering. The instructor has a type rating for B737, ATR-72, and Airbus 320 family aircraft. Moreover, he has very good knowledge of aircraft documentation (AMM, IPC, MPD, AMS, AD, etc.)
