Sofema Aviation Services (SAS) www.sassofia.com is pleased to share that the EASA Part 21 Operational Suitability Data (OSD) Regulatory Obligations training was successfully delivered to delegates from the UK CAA.

The course was carried out by our experienced instructor John Dunne on 11 July 2023 at the GAS Aviation facilities.

Each CAA that needs to educate its staff is welcome to benefit from our training services.

What was the course about?

This training was designed to provide the delegates with a detailed understanding of the requirements of EASA Part 21 initial airworthiness related to the design, modification, and repair of all aircraft types. Some of the requirements in Part 21 are designed to ensure that training/operating data is of an appropriate and consistent standard and is appropriate to the product it relates to. The course provides an overview of OSD elements and will allow the delegate to understand how to classify changes to type design and OSD and produce documentation covering all OSD elements.
