Sofema Aviation Services is proud to announce that 17 delegates from Magnetic MRO successfully completed the EASA Part 145 Back to Basics Recurrent on the 28-29 October 2020. The classroom training took place in the Magnetic MRO Facilities in Estonia and was delivered by Aleksandr Rudnev.

About the instructor:

Aleksandr Rudnev is an aviation professional with over 12 years of experience in the field. Currently he is an auditor in the Quality Department of the EASA Part-145 approved Baltic Maintenance. Since 2015, Rudnev has been sharing his industry knowledge as an Instructor for FL Technics, covering subjects like Train the Trainer, Human Factors and EASA Safety Management System (SMS) Requirements.

About the course:

EASA Part 145 Back to Basics – Recurrent – 2 Days

The course is focused on the practical delivery of a specific understanding of the EASA Part 145 regulation, which allows the organization to ensure compliance to the regulation whilst at the same time developing optimized organisational processes. The aims of the training are to revisit the fundamental roles, responsibilities and obligations, and to give delegates a recurrent perspective on the importance of fully engaging with the regulation.
