j) A detailed understanding of the PART 147 Quality System – The difference between QA & QC Roles and responsibilities. QC responsibility of the Training Manager.

k) Be able to explain the EASA 147 approval process

l) Understand Quality oversight and audit programme

m)Understand the content of the Maintenance Training Organisation Exposition MTOE
